The defendant was contractually obligated to provide necessary support and cooperation to ensure the plaintiff (client) could operate their store smoothly. This included maintaining the store's operational condition, transferring operational know-how, and providing staff training to deliver proper customer service.

However, the defendant failed to fulfill these contractual obligations, making it difficult for the plaintiff to operate the store effectively. Consequently, the plaintiff terminated the contract and demanded the return of their security deposit.

1. Invalid Contract Formation
The contract was found invalid because the details of the contracting parties, as stated in the agreement, did not match the actual corporate entity information. An invalid contract cannot have legal effect, and the security deposit must therefore be returned.

2. Breach of Contract and Non-Performance
The defendant failed to notify the plaintiff of the suspension of existing staff operations, causing significant disruptions to the plaintiff's business activities. Additionally, most of the products in the store were past their expiration dates, rendering them unusable, and certain nail products were falsely described. These issues were identified as breaches of contract.

3. Lawful Contract Termination
Due to the defendant’s contractual violations, the plaintiff lawfully terminated the agreement, making the defendant obligated to refund the security deposit.
