    The claims filing deadline is January 31, 2025, and all documents must be submitted by this date. Deadlines may vary depending on when your contract is signed.

    • Post-Filing Procedure:
    Due to the scale of damages and the unique nature of crypto assets, this case may take longer than typical bankruptcy cases.

    · Verification and Review of Claims: Approximately 3 months to 1 year.
    · Asset Investigation, Valuation, and Liquidation by the Trustee: Approximately 6 months to 2 years.
    · Dividend Distribution: Approximately 6 months to 1 year.

    The scope of representation primarily includes Haru Invest claims filing and creditor representation. This includes delivering court notices to creditors, conveying creditor opinions to the court, and attending necessary creditor meetings.

    Your Haru Invest account email is required for the claims filing process. If you don’t remember, send us all the email addresses you’ve used, and we will check which one is registered.
