Bankruptcy Claims Form
Haru Management Limited, one of the related companies of Haru Invest, has been declared bankrupt.
Under the Korean “Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act,” creditors are required to file claims following a bankruptcy declaration. Failure to file a claim within the court-designated deadline may result in the inability to recover claims from the subject company.
To address this issue, Decent Law Firm, with a team of experts led by New York University-educated lawyer (Korean Bar) and fluent English-speaking professionals, is offering representation for foreign creditors in the process of filing proof of claims in Korean bankruptcy proceedings.
Scope of Work :
Filing creditor's claim applications to Seoul Bankruptcy Court.
Process :
1. Complete the bankruptcy claims form.
2. Sign the engagement letter
(via DocuSign).
3. Process the payment.
Required Documents :
1. Documents verifying the deposit of virtual assets to Haru Invest.
- - Evidence of the deposit of virtual assets to the debtor.
- - Proof of ownership of the wallet used for the deposit.
2. The creditor's foreign identification card (Passport).
Make sure to enter the email address used to log into Haru Invest.
Please upload a copy of your passport, identification card, corporate registration, or business registration certificate.

For crypto amount entry :
- Enter up to 8 decimal places; any digits beyond that will be truncated.
- The quantity should reflect the amount deposited in Haru Invest at the time of withdrawal suspension.
- Exclude any amounts that were withdrawn mid-process and input only the final amount that could not be withdrawn.

- If known, please include both the date and time.

Please upload documents that can verify the ownership of the wallet by the
creditor. Other documents that can verify that the virtual asset was deposited to
the debtor.

Important Notes:
1. The success fee applies to the total amount recovered, directly or indirectly, through the creditor’s claims filing process.
2. The stated fees include all costs associated with filing creditor’s claims, such as registration fees, stamp duties, service fees, and taxes.
3. Once the attorney’s fees are paid, no additional costs will be incurred for this matter.
