[Basic Advisory Fee Guide]

Decent Law Firm’s basic consulting fees are calculated using the time charge method.


The consulting fee is determined by multiplying the processing time of the requested advisory case by the attorney's hourly rate, and value-added tax is excluded.
The hourly rate is set between 200,000 won and 500,000 won depending on the lawyer's experience and expertise.


For example, if the hourly rate of the assigned attorney is 500,000 Korean Won and the processing time of the case is 2 hours:
* 500,000 KRW x 2 hours = 1,000,000 KRW (VAT 10% excluded)


The amount may vary depending on the advisory content.
VAT is excluded.
Contracts are conducted through electronic signature(Modusign).
