[Haru Invest (Delio)] Fraud Case Class Action Recruitment

1. Haru Invest, a virtual asset deposit company, attracted cryptocurrency investors by advertising a maximum annual interest rate of 12% for depositing coins.

2. However, Haru Invest suddenly suspended withdrawals of virtual assets. Shortly afterward, Delio, the virtual asset management firm holding Haru Invest's funds, also halted withdrawals, sparking allegations of a "rug pull."

3. In response, Haru Invest announced that the situation was not a "rug pull" and stated their intention to resolve the issue quickly. However, as of now, withdrawals have not resumed, and no compensation has been provided to the affected investors.
현재 상황
In connection with the Haru Invest and Delio case, approximately 16,000 customers have suffered losses exceeding 1 trillion KRW.

Evidence has emerged indicating significant losses of Haru Invest's assets, and there are reports suggesting attempts to conceal remaining assets. As such, voluntary compensation or return of investments by the company appears unlikely.

Currently, Haru Invest executives are under investigation by the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office, facing charges of fraud under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. Both Haru Invest and Delio are undergoing rehabilitation proceedings.

In response, Decent Law Firm is recruiting additional participants for a class action lawsuit and plans to actively pursue the following measures:

- Criminal Proceedings: Recruit additional victims related to the fraud case under investigation by the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office to demand strict punishment of the company and its executives, as well as compensation for damages.
- Civil Litigation: File civil lawsuits to ensure the recovery of investment funds ahead of other creditors.
- Rehabilitation: Take action to secure the distribution of claims during the rehabilitation and bankruptcy proceedings.
