Class Action Lawsuit for Hari Invest(Delio) Fraud Case

Case Details
Haru Invest advertised itself as a digital asset deposit company, promising up to 12% annual interest on deposited coins to attract digital asset investors. However, Haru Invest suddenly suspended withdrawals of digital assets.
Decent's Strategy
Haru Invest deceived investors through false advertising related to investment promotions and is suspected of operating its business in a manner commonly known as "Ponzi scheme." Therefore, Decent Law Office filed a complaint with the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office on behalf of the investors against Haru Invest and the Delio management team.
Outcome
The management of Haru Invest is currently detained and under investigation by the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office on charges of fraud under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. Meanwhile, Haru Invest and Delio are undergoing rehabilitation procedures.
